Care & Maintenance Policy
Scope: This policy covers all jewelry purchased from Jismmydesigns, including solid metal charms, crystals, gemstones, keychains, necklace chains, and other accessories.
Care Instructions: To preserve your jewelry, avoid contact with water, perfume, cosmetics, chlorine, household cleaners, and sweat. Remove jewelry before swimming, bathing, exercising, or going to sleep. Clean gently with a soft, dry cloth; for stubborn dirt, consult a professional jeweler.
Warranty, Limits & Liability
- Our warranty does not cover damage from misuse, normal wear and tear (including plating loss), accidental damage, loss, theft, or unauthorized repairs.
- Remedies are limited to repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item.
- Follow care instructions to maintain warranty eligibility.
Returns & Claims
- To submit a claim or return, contact Customer Service within 24 hours of delivery or noticing the issue, with photos, your order number, and a description of the problem.
- Returned items must be cleaned and free of perfumes, lotions, and visible contamination. Fees may apply for cleaning or refurbishment.
